About Milo's RV rentals

Milo was born and raised on Kauai and Oahu and grew up hiking, surfing and paddling canoe/kayaks. He went to school at the University of Oregon where he got to enjoy mountain biking and hiking in the Cascades and along the Oregon coast. Milo and his wife Amy moved the family home to Kauai in 2011 and have been raising their children and crazy dog in paradise, enjoying all that the mountains and ocean have to offer. We look forward to hosting you and love to share our knowledge about Kauai and the local culture with our guests. Driving around Kauai in this truck was an incredible experience! It has everything you would need if going out camping. This was our first experience with a rooftop tent and we were able to set it up and put it away extremely quickly by the first night and it's so comfortable to sleep in. I definitely recommend the Nalu truck to check out campgrounds throughout Kauai.

15/10 would recommend. This truck had everything we could possibly need and more. It allowed us to truly unplug and enjoy our vacation without worrying. Milo is amazing and gave us great suggestions for hiking, camping, food, and beaches. We were able to get off the beaten path and explore Kauai to its fullest. We wish we could have stayed longer, but our trip was incredible and a large portion of that was due to having Nalu.

If you’re looking for the perfect way to experience the adventures that Kauai offers, look no further. Milo’s truck camper was perfect for my boyfriend and I during our week on Kauai. It was fully equipped with everything we could have wanted and was very clean and comfortable. Milo was very friendly and easy to communicate with. I couldn’t recommend this vehicle enough.

Milo was an absolutely great host. He and his wife even gave us a lift from and to the bus stop before and after. The vehicle was in great shape, everything that we needed was there and we had a fabulous time on Kaua‘i 😊😊😊

We hired Milo's truck and received all the additional equipment, as per the listing. Amy and Milo were super responsive and helpful. We eventually decided against camping, so we did not really use any of the equipment. We were very impressed with the quality of the rooftop tent though. We enjoyed traveling around Kauai in the truck, which is in perfect condition and clean. Would definitely recommend hiring this vehicle from Milo.

Loved Nalu! Super quick setup and easy to use. Milo, super nice dude, makes sure everything you need is included. 100% would book again, so glad we booked Nalu!

Milo was super great to deal with. Great guy with great tips and super flexible for drop off too!! Very nice-met us close to airport and drove us over for flight! He also provided delicious fresh fruit from his property upon arrival which were so yummy!! His vehicle was awesome too and perfect for getting to Polihale (you definitely need a truck-camper van or car will not make it especially if rain around). The queen bed pop up is so easy too. Literally undo the caps and push up! We loved the solar panels for 24/7 fridge provided and electricity on demand! If in doubt go with this vehicle and Milo! We visited from Canada and it was our first time using Outdoorsy! Great experience!!!
