About Freddie Romero

My name is Freddie, we experienced RVing for the first time last year and fell in love with it. We have a large RV that fits our whole family (party of 6) for longer trips and a smaller van for me and my wife to get away for a weekend. We have enjoyed the experiences and memories we have created as a family and couple. There are so many amazing places to explore near our home in Las Vegas that we wanted to rent out our units for others to enjoy when we are not using them, as well as offsetting the large cost of storage and maintenance of them. These vehicles are high maintenance and not everything goes right all the time but we will always troubleshoot with guests to resolve issues on the trip.

Freddie is a fantastic host: he was very flexible to accomodate a late checkin for us, due to our flight being delayed more than 2 hours. The RV was great, perfect conditions, clean, reliable and with everything needed.

Freddie was great. Excellent communication throughout the trip. Rv was perfect size and had all the features we needed. Outside tv, king sized bed and 2 AC's were awesome.

Although Freddie’s RV was lovely, we soon had a lot of problems with it. We had detected a gas leak from the outside propane tank that was noticable inside and outside the RV and after five days (we had it for about two weeks) the water pump signal started showing up which made us drive verry slow and alter the itinerary (not to speak of a lot of other signs that showed up). Things like this can happen I guess but I had the feeling the RV was not properly maintained and had a lot more mileage than showed. It made us feel unsafe and stressfull during our trip. Freddie wasn’t present at the drop off (as he also didn’t showed up at our pickup at the airport) and afterwards claimed a whole list of damages that weren’t ever specified / explained to us. He even claimed that already lose wheelnuts went missing, like this was our fault... At least convienant to cover the expenses for negligent maintenance. Never again for us.

I highly recommend renting from Freddie. The RV is immaculate, was well stocked with the essentials and he took the time to thoroughly explain how everything works. Great experience!

Owner falsely claimed that toilet cartridge was 3/4 full upon return. The toilet cartridge was emptied the morning of return exactly as instructed by owner, following which my family stopped on road several times during the day to use restroom at gas stations. Vehicle was returned on a Tuesday night and the owner made this false claim 5 days after the return. In addition, the plastic tubing provided to drain the gray water had cracks in it and was leaking upon drainage. This was videotaped as evidence as reason why the gray water could not be emptied. Pass on renting this RV.
