Day one we meet for the set up, nice guy and all, but I was told everything was good to go.
I put some food in the fridge, threw things in the camper, and came back 5-6hrs later with my family. Fridge wasn’t working, had to throw some stuff out. Was texting back and forth for hours throughout the trip. His mechanic FaceTimed me, and which I appreciated, tried to walk me through some things, and still no luck. By the end of the first night no fridge and the bathroom light went out. Day two, all the lights inside are not working. Once again, being texted instructions, and once again no luck. Finally I was fed up and said “why am I doing all of this, someone needs to come out here and fix this!”, his response was his mechanic is out of town, will be all day the following day as well, and there was nothing he can do. I’m working on how to get a refund. The trailer was junk, smelled, sticky tables, nails sticking out of bench (daughter got poked), cobwebs, and swayed a lot. DO NOT RENT THIS TRAILER.

Great trailer for desert camping. We dry camped for a week in it and has zero issues. We fit a dirt bike and small quad inside. Steven was great at communication and very helpful. I have no complaints and will be renting again.

Great trip. Trailer is a little older but everything worked great and pick up and drop off were easy. I would definitely recommend.
