This is our second time staying in an RV and our first time renting with outdoorsy. Communication was great and the RV functioned just fine. I will say though that the RV itself was not been cleanly. I had to wash all provided plates, Pots, pans, utensils prior to using them. There was ZERO storage space/kitchen space to store foods (other than the fridge). I had to make the space by moving things around in the RV. The coffee maker did not work and there was a hole in the hose of the RV.

Easy to pick up, easy to drive and easy drop off! Everything was wonderful. Great communication! Just bring your sense of adventure, food and clothing and enjoy all the National and state parks in the area. Since this RV is under 27ft it meets all the requirements of parking in state and national parks. I will definitely rent this RV again next time I am in the area!!!

What a great RV trip. Good communication prior to arrival, pickup and post drop off assured a smooth RV experience. Very close to the airport, gas station, Walmart and major highway. The 22ft was in great shape, easy to manage with hook-ups and was a breeze to drive. The RV was clean and well stocked with the necessities, Just stock up on food and drink and you are set. Highly recommend.

I highly recommend RV life to see the National Parks! The owner of this RV is a very kind and fair man and his wife is super sweet. I wouldn't hesitate to rent another RV or car from them. The RV has all you need to have a great family vacation-my daughter loved sleeping in the bunk above the driver seat.

My grandson and I enjoyed seeing the wonders of the Utah National Parks in this RV.
Mike helped us get familiar with the RV and even met us at Walmart to solve a minor problem..

Our AC and generator didn't work during out trip. I never hard back after sending them multiple messages to address - the completely ignored me. I was able to plug into a campsite for the majority of our trip - and the AC still didn't work - so they're actually two different systems that were broken.

Owner cancelled booking less than two weeks before trip. No communication. When asked why they cancelled, they responded with, "Who is this?" We had to find an alternative at last minute. Outdoorsy does not have a N/A option for reviews, so I gave 1 stars for Cleanliness, Mechanical, Value, and Listing Accuracy, even though I really could not review those.

Pro: Overall the experience was great, we had everything we needed to make our vacation comfortable and fun. The RV is stocked: Bedding, Towels, Blankets, pillows, cleaning supplies, pots & pans, utensils, dishes...The RV is older & had wearing...but, I see that as a pro; because I wasn’t as worried and could relax with kids.
