Delivery and setup were ahead of our arrival. Second year in a row renting from Cristopher worked out well.

Had to sweep and mop the floors upon arrival. Didn't look like it had been cleaned beforehand. Toilet smelt like a porta-john from the start. Leaked a stream of waste water from gasket each time it was flushed, which went into vanity. Smell was probably from waste water seeping into vanity for a period of time. Chose to use public bathroom over trailer. We ended up having to put a small fan to constantly blow to vent above, to mitigate the smell. No ladder to get to top bunk, which made it difficult for my child to get up and down each time. Cushions and wood paneling starting to show wear/loose. A/C worked good at least, but the bathroom situation made it unpleasant.

Our host Cristofher and his trailer was beyond expectations. The trailer was so comfortable, everything worked perfectly as described. Everything we needed from utensils, plates, cleaning products was all there including Coffee!!! I look forward to renting again from Cristofher. He is a very genuine person with a really nice rig. He delivered the trailer to our very difficult campsite at Lake McClure requiring him to backup the trailer uphill on loose rough dirt.

Christofher was friendly and responded to questions and issues very quickly. The trailer was nice, well kept and included new items necessary for camping: towels, linens, plates, pots, pans, utensils, cleaning supplies, and shower supplies. Thank you. There was a slight smell from the gray water but was fixed by emptying the tank.
