This RV is hands-down the nicest RV we've ever stayed in. From the hidden kid bunk room, to the extra bunk bed in the hallway, massaging chairs (so comfortable we fell asleep in them), pull out couch/bed in the den, king size bed in the master, tons of storage and a WASHER/DRYER!!!!!! At first, the jayco computer control center was really difficult to navigate. But, after we contacted the host (after 9pm--sorry!!) he immediately responded and walked me through it. After we downloaded the little app, we were all set!! The AC works so well that we had to bump up the temperature at night. This RV literally has it all. Perfect for families. I'd rent it over and over again.

We are German people, so by nature we are much more picky. But what Ben did was excellent. For the first time in 9 years we were able to get in and drive off without having to clean or fix other things first. He even put things in before that for thousands of dollars to make sure we have a great vacation. Thanks for that. The contact with Ben alone is excellent.

This is an incredible unit, owned by an outstanding host. It has all the amenities you need to travel in absolute luxury. I cannot recommend Ben's Jayco North Point highly enough.
