Bob and Kaley... were helpful, responsive, and flexible with our reservation. We booked months in advance, had lots of questions, and changed our dates and pickup times. Kayla was great with accommodating and making the experience seamless. Bob also got the refrigerator cooling a day ahead, which made setting up camp a much nicer experience. The Trailer... was a great price point, perfect size for our family of 4, was not stressful to tow or backup, and pretty simple to operate. That said, it could use some TLC. Upon walkthrough I was made aware/ noticed the following: no awning, tires need replacing, broken bathroom sink handle (but still functional), loose steps/ handrail. Upon hooking up at our KOA campsite, our most experienced trailer-camper noticed there was maybe 5-10 gallons of grey water that he emptied.. this led to an unpleasant smell inside the trailer for our first day or two.One recommendation I think would be helpful for first-timers... include an operating manual when it comes to in-trailer operation and/or checklist of hookup and dumping procedure. We didn't run into issues, but this would help build confidence in user operation should someone need to recall all the things they had an overview of during the walkthrough.
