When we went to pick up the RV it was running. We were told that the RV had not been started for two weeks and just needed a jump. We were told that was all, but Luis told us to take the Battery booster (jumper) just in case. Over 60% of the time we went to start the RV we needed to jump start it. It was not due to leaving anything on even when we stopped to get gas, we needed to jump it to get the RV running again. But then we would be parked overnight, it would start right up. The RV obviously has a serious electrical problem that needs to be fixed.

Be very cautious with this unit. The bathroom leaked, it wouldn’t start twice and the control panel doesn’t work properly.
Let the owner know about these issues and for my troubles still got charged $8 more for mileage.

Luis and Aprille have been very helpful and amazing owners. The RV drives very comfortable. Bed is good, blankets so cosy, heating is very good, toilet as good as it gets. It is equipped with almost anything you will require to enjoy an amazing holiday.

We had an absolutely amazing trip with this van! It comes with everything you could possibly need for a great trip. The van is very easy to drive and economical on gas. Also liked how easy it was to back up and park. Aprille was very helpful in explaining everything and answering all our questions. I would have no hesitation renting from Luis and Aprille again!

Excuse my delay ... Luis and April are the most wonderful hosts! Their vehicle was AMAZING ... They included far and beyond what most rentals provide, from cooking utensils, blankets, camping chairs/tables ... They were both so very attentive and available to answer questions and provide support. We cannot express how thankful and appreciative we were to them on this trip - it made it so memorable and easy! I know you have a lot of choices in the Phoenix market for rentals ... but you cannot go wrong with Luis and April as your hosts! Thank you so much and we will be telling anyone and everyone to look up them up.
