Spoiled fruit found in drawer, owner admitted this unit just came from another rental. No way unit was cleaned. Was late delivering unit by 45 mins. And now owner has filed an insurance claim for awning damages that did not occur before we left. Was late picking up unit from RV park and then claims damage. Run don’t rent from this guy seems to be scam artist.
