First time with any trailer can be a steep learning curve and owner guidance can be the difference between a great time and a frustrating / harrowing experience. Peter answered all my questions and offered me the guidance needed for the former, helping me avoid the latter. Peter’s communication was terrific throughout the reservation process and his BC20x was in great condition and clean. Had a wonderful time due to his very helpful guidance. Offered to stay in touch throughout my trip, but didn’t need to call on him due to his excellent orientation at pickup. And the BC20x was a lot of fun and ideal for my trip to Maine. Would absolutely rent from Peter again and hope to in the future.

I booked this airstream about 2 weeks before departure. Got a quick confirmation that the reservation was accepted but never received any communication from the host.
At 11:55pm on the night before pickup, I got an automated message from Outdoorsy that the host canceled the reservation.
I messaged the host as soon as I saw this (at 4:30am on pick up day) to see if there was any way we could still make this trip work as I had already booked itinerary and packed up supplies for 3 nights of camping with my wife two young girls.
No reply from the host.
Ultimately Outdoorsy tried to find me a replacement but we’re unable to.
I did get a full refund and a small credit towards a future booking but I was still out the three nights of booked campsites and had a failed family long weekend away.
Ultimately apprehensive to book another RV through Outdoorsy and I certainly wouldn’t rent from this host.

Great rental. The pre-flight checkdown with Peter was very helpful, as the systems are different if you are dry camping or on shore power, and there are a few nuances that are helpful to understand. Depending on how many people you have you may want to provision differently. Peter can be very helpful in getting set and was available when I had a question during the rental.

Trip started with a few minor hiccups mainly dealing with our hitch and the trailer’s front jack. Owner was very helpful with everything and even saved when there was an issue with electricity at the campground! Nothing wrong with the unit itself; all necessary accommodations were provided and everything in the posting was accurate and sufficient for our family of four.

Decent trailer, but there were several issues. The owner was not there when I picked it up and not reachable on phone either, so as the first-time user, I had no help. The hitch-ball wasn't included even though the description said it was, so I had to buy one myself. The key to the trailer wasn't available, so I had to make sure not to leave any valuable items in there when I wasn't at the camp site. Outdoor grill was also not available because it was broken. The hose for hooking up to the water line was leaking, so I had to just fill up the tank instead.
