Yan was flexible and accommodating for our trip times. Overall the van was fine, but the reason we booked this particular vehicle was due to the need for 5 people traveling including two children with car seats. Unfortunately there are only 4 seatbelts; this was not learned until after pickup. If you need a van for 4, then you’re good to go.
