There were serious problems and inaccuracies. The listing was given as Hollywood but the owner was actually on Thousand Oaks, an extra 45 minute drive each way. Upon arriving I discovered that the kitchen sink spigot was missing so I couldn't use the sink at all. The trailer was filthy with rotting stuff in the refrigerator. It was listed as having a generator but there is not one. I was in a very hot place with my toddler. Basically ruined the trip. There was a gas leak so it would have been dangerous to use anything requiring gas (stove, hot water etc.) this owner totally misled me. She had excuses for every problem. As if the issues weren't her responsibility or she was just "too busy" to handle it. The trip was terrible and the trailer useless. This owner should not be allowed on the site

After geting $300 refund back, after staying 5 nights in my beautiful RV at cochella festival i think your intention to add this review on my account is to prevent me to reach other people at outdoorsy platform. You were INFORMED about the minors of the RV BEFORE you rented. And you accepted. You were informed that rv was in thousand oaks and you ACCEPTED to rent it. + You used my RV WITHOUT a break controller. You risked both your self and my RV to get into an accident. Now my RV is being maintained for its minors and has a maintenance certificate everything works great. But you After spending 5 nights almost FREE with my beautiful brand new Jayco jayflight in a festival like cochella where people pays
hundred of dollars to hotels, i can never understand the intention of this review. This is nothing but Hate. Good luck on that.
