DO NOT RENT THIS TRAILER!!This was quite possibly the worst rental experience I have ever had. I rented this trailer for $584. The trailer lost power on night ONE. We were primitive camping with flashlights in the trailer. The owner suggested I call roadside assistance. I was under the trailer on the phone with a tech at 3am. The following day the host asked me if I woupd accept 50% off for the issues and call it fair. I said yes. Because the trailer had power issues, I could not bring the slide out in, and the trailer was stranded. I notified the host, the campground, and Outdoorsy. Two days after my trip I am charged for ABANDONING THE TRAILER plus some of the most ridiculous frivilous charges they could come up with. It conveniently was just SLIGHTLY less than my $750 deposit. They wiped out my deposit. I would 100% NOT recommend booking withthis host, or Outdoorsy at all.

Perfect trailer for our first trip! Very clean and comfortable for 2 adults. Also roomy enough to host dinner for 6 (4 adults-2 toddlers) on a rainy evening! Jaisson was so helpful explaining how to operate trailer and was so available with any questions during trip!!!

Jaisson was very accommodating and communicative. The trailer itself was outstanding. It was in good condition and had several extra amenities. The entire process was very seamless!

Their trailer is amazing and worked perfectly! Easy to tow, drop and live out of while dry camping in the desert. Jaisson was very communicative and did a great job going over everything with the trailer. Would definitely rent again and recommend their rig for your adventure.

The trailer is very nice and as described. The queen bed has a very comfortable mattress. The owner was a great communicating. We had the trailer dropped off and picked up.
