Oleh was completely ruined our trip. Leading up to our trip, my wife and I messaged her multiple times through the Outdoorsy app, but she never replied—not a single response. We were hoping to visit our son and his wife and their two beautiful, little babies (who’ve blessedly made us grandparents for the first time), but Oleh turned our trip into a nightmare. She completely ghosted us after receiving our payment in advance of our trip. We were juggling so much to make this trip happen. Then Olgeh took our money and disappeared. We never heard heard from Oleh again after she had our advance payment and, of course, she never provided us with the RV we had paid for. She effectively canceled our trip to see our grandkids and our son and his wife, and pocketed our payment to boot. I’m still in shock that there’re are people willing to do what Oleh did to us. We paid almost $700 for this rental—is this really the way someone wants to “make” money?

Great can for a festival weekend! Oleh was very quick to respond and pick up was seamless. The van was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed for a short weekend trip.

We had the best time! The camper had everything we needed, and was so cute and comfortable for a beautiful time in Joshua Tree under the stars- plus smooth to drive and runs like a dream. Thank you for the flexibility on an earlier pick up! Rosie the pup especially loved the rig... she gives it a big smile and two paws up.

Reliable nice van! Everything worked great and ran smooth. Passenger window & radio wouldn’t work occasionally, but after a few tries (fast ones for radio) they worked just fine. Solar & big water tank = dope.
