This was by far the worst rental experience we have ever had. The guest returned the RV in a condition that was completely unacceptable for any Outdoorsy host. The unit came back with staining on the countertop and cabinet paint, none of which existed before the trip. The RV was not cleaned, the tanks were not dumped and the interior was left in a state that required significant work to restore. All of this was fully documented with photos.

My camper was returned with smoke odors, ashes/trays, cigarette butts, excessively soiled and stained bedding. I would not recommend hosting to anyone.

As ones who never experienced an RV rental, we were so very well cared for from our initial reservation throughout the orientation and to return of the beautiful and comfortable Mercedes RV.
