John and his wife were very helpful throughout the entire process! It was definitely a great trailer for the perfect price. Easy to tow, and the hitch they provided had sway bars so it made for a smooth towing experience.

The trailer was easy to use and I thought it was great that John provided utensils and whatnot in case I didn't have them. I couldn't take the generator with me because it didn't fit inside the trailer and would've been awkward to get in and out of my SUV by myself, but the trailer battery lasted the 48 hours or so that I needed it to, so hooray! Some hiccups in communication on return but still overall excellent experience.
