The van was perfect for a 8 day roadtrip through the Ozarks - everything was in perfect working order. We would definitely rent again with Kiril. He was very helpful and responsive.

There were issues on the trip communicated to me when a CO alarm went off and the fridge stopped working. I traveled to their location and replaced the sensor and added an additional one. I could not replicate the alarm. I believe the generator was run with the window open. Additionally, the fridge was tested and run at a shop with no issues. However I did reimburse them for both issues despite not being able to replicate them.
Upon return, I identified a bottle of olive oil dumped out mixed with a bottle of salt in the cupboard. The oil has stained the cupboard and dripped out the bottom. A drawer was damaged when it was overloaded with a cast iron griddle they had purchased. Lastly, I find damage on the exhaust system where the tailpipe pipe had been bent forward and exhaust bracket broken. The exhaust pipe also contacted the body of the RV causing a dent. None of these damages were communicated prior to the drop off of the RV. I provided unlimited generator hours, unlimited miles, free dumping, and over $400 of compensation on top of my travel time to reach them over 100 miles away, for their issues, however the issues turned out to be operator error.

We used the camper for a long weekend at a horse show for our daughter. This is the second time we've rented from Josh. He is a great host. He communicates well and responds quickly when less experienced campers like us have questions throughout the weekend. We will continue to use Josh's campers when we visit the area.
