Lisa is professional, accommodating and helpful. She answered all of my questions whenever they arose. The trailer itself is perfect for two people. I towed it with a Tacoma and it towed okay, provided you weren't in a headwind, this is in no way a reflection of the equipment itself, just for anyone who is looking to book with a small truck like that. Having Starlink was a game-changer! It allowed us to work from the road and it worked so well. The roofnest tent was a bit hit with the kiddos and the sleep setup was easy to do for camping. We loved all the storage and the back seats were what made this trip possible for our family of 4!
