Damien was great and very supportive to get our contract in line with our needs. In the end and not a fault of his of course the event we rented the camper for was cancelled one day in to the set up of the horse show which was my responsibility. We cancelled the event given the extreme poor atmosphere conditions with the smoke coming down the east coast from Canada. So we used the camper just one night last Tuesday and the club cancelled the show the next morning on Wednesday. We have used Outdoorsy typically more than once a year in several recent years and have had good experiences. This time around our first bid was never responded to and thereafter we were getter various offers from other owners that frankly was confusing to manage through at times. Also our preferred conditions from the first offer we put out seemed to have been lost somewhat as others tried to offer their camper to us but when we found Damien he helped us work things out and he even had to change his schedule to deliver the camper. Clearly this was a perhaps once in a lifetime condition that cancelled the event that in the moment negated the use of the camper rental. We would rent from Damien again! Mark

very friendly and easy to communicate with. the trailer was equipped with tools, and there were plates and silverware in the trailer. Trailer was very clean and comfortable.
