Jacques was perfect all around, and made our rental so easy. The trailer was so easy to tow and in very clean state and great mechanical condition. Would definitely rent from Jacques/Outdoorsy again to make our vacation a great experience.

Amazing experience, couldn't ask for a better owner. Jacques was patient, answered all of our questions, helped make arrangements seamless, and all around great to deal with. Had absolutely zero problems or issues with the entire process and definetly made our trip more enjoyable! Thank you Jacques for all the hospitality, and I would certainly rent your unit again for another trip! Nothing but good things to say about the whole thing start to finish.

Camper was spacious and very clean. Jacques set up everything on our arrival. He also took care of picking up the camper after our trip. Highly recommend.

This was a first experience renting an camper for my daughter and I and we were thrilled! The RV was lovely, well kept and spacious. The beds were comfortable and I was very happy to have requested the linens and dishware be supplied. Everything was lovely and every detail thought of.
