We didn't meet with Jenelle, she communicated the day before that she was unable to do an orientation or inspection because we had an early pick up so the keys had been left for us at her front door. When we opened the door to the vehicle there was an unpleasant odor and the floor was dirty. We didn't realize the extent of the filthiness until we arrived at our destination. In a nutshell, it would appear that the RV had not been prepared for us. The interior was filthy, including around the seating area, the sink and toilet. The plates and cups had not been cleaned properly. The kitchen cupboard was a cluttered mess (we never did locate the much lauded French Press and please note that the pictured coffee maker no longer exists). The lack of organization in the van made if feel even more cramped. We soon discovered that Jenelle had not provided the requested bedding and towels. We spent $205 on a pillow, a sheet set and a towel from the only bedding shop in the town. We were not going to spend a further $200 on a duvet. As if this were not bad enough, the Black Tank was completely Full...hooking up with a full tank of waste is not pretty. We decided to head home a day early due to not sleeping well and the whole dreadful experience. Jenelle has offered to refund us for our out of pocket bedding expense, 'inconvenience', cleaning fee and one day's rental. However, this awful van rental experience still cost us $565. A word of advice for renters, insist on a walk through and have the host do a departure check with you.

FIRST TIMERS ON AN RV VACATION. EVERYTHING WAS JUST GREAT! JENELLE WAS VERY HELPFUL AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING VERY CLEAR. RV WORKED PERFECT, MINOR DETAILS BUT WE WORKED THEM OUT. DRIVING IS AMAIZING AND ALL THE AMMENITIES AND EQUIPMENT JUST FINE.

What a camper van! Had everything we needed and much simpler to use than we had imagined. Water, electricity all super straightforward. Lots of space and height for standing up. Drove well, didn’t feel like too much on the highway.

We loved our experience renting Jenelle’s van. We brought two kids and a dog and it was a great fit for our family. It was our first time using a sprinter van and Jenelle was very helpful in showing us all the functions. When we had questions before and during our trip, Jenelle was quick to respond. Would definitely recommend!

This was the first time that I had ever rented or driven a campervan, and it was a very pleasant experience. If you are a newbie like me, then you should definitely give this a try. Janelle answered all the questions that I had about how things worked and what things were. She was patient and responded thoroughly. She had great communication and was a joy to rent from. All the necessities were stocked, and everything was clean and in great condition. I think the smile on my dogs face says it all.

This was such a spontaneous trip and Jenelle made it so easy for us! She was so helpful when we called/text her (being we are new to rving)! This little RV had everything you could possibly need while taking your family or spouse on a trip!

This is such an awesome van!! It was perfect for my Anniversary Trip. We enjoyed adventuring in this comfortable, cute space. We were able to park and stay on the beach!! We enjoyed "glamping" in the van so much more than staying in a hotel.....saved us money too!!

We were newbies and didn’t really know what we were up for. Jenelle was phenomenal from start to finish. She gave us a complete walkthrough at pickup and taught us how to operate it (was simpler than I thought!). She was so kind and patient as we asked a million questions. During the trip she was available and very responsive via text/FaceTime when we had a question. The van was meticulously clean and organized, with helpful labels everywhere! She takes care of her RV and ensured we had everything we needed and more. It was the most luxurious van-camping ever! I’m so glad we went with this van. What a great first RVing experience for our family. Highly recommend!
