About Heather

I'm a big fan of the outdoors and love to go on hikes with my buddies. I've explored all over the West Coast, from the breathtaking Mt. Rainer in Washington to the scenic trails of Big Bear in California. When I'm not hiking, I love to take my family camping in our campervan and hit the open road to discover new spots. We love Big Sur and Santa Cruz, among many other great places. I'm always on the lookout for new adventures and a chance to connect with nature. Whether I'm hiking up mountains or chilling under the stars, I feel most alive when I'm surrounded by the stunning beauty of the great outdoors.

Heather was a very accommodating, communicative and generous host. The Wanderer was nicely equipped for everything we needed to camp along our 9 day trip all along Big Sur, the BLM land around Palm Desert and Laguna Beach.
I bruised the Wanderer in our travels, but Heather was gracious in here understanding and the Outdoorsy insurance handled the repair in a professional manner from my side.

Huge thanks to Heather and Heber for allowing us to make fabulous memories in the van. We had a super time, travelling the top part of the Pacific Coast Highway and then over to Yosemite and back. We were 2 adults and 2 kids (8 & 10 years) visiting from the UK for 2 weeks.

It was an excellent experience throughout. The Check-out and Check-in experience was smooth and fast, and the "Wanderer" performed flawlessly. My only recommendation would be to create a little reference guide to list all of the equipment on-board (and where to find it) and a how-to guide on the most basic functions - like checking the water level, turning on the hot-water, emptying the gray water, etc.
I would definitely do this again. Thanks Heather!

The van was great, not a problem to drive and my kid loved the pop-up top for sleeping and just hanging out when we were at a campground. Would for sure consider renting again, my family had a good time on the trip and are already thinking of when and where we should go next.

We spent a week in Heather's Winnebago Solis. We drove it to the Strawberry Music Festival in Grass Valley. What a nice-driving vehicle! It was like driving a large luxury vehicle. The van is very new, so everything is sparkly clean. The bed is luscious. Make sure you pay close attention to how the heater and water functions are adjusted. That was our only hiccup. But I texted Heather and we got it figured out. We had a great time and enjoyed getting to know Heather. She was so easy to work with.

Great first experience on Outdoorsy with Heather. This van was well equipped, easy to drive and perfect for our short getaway. Heather was very responsive and went the extra mile during our time with the van. Would absolutely rent again (and hope to do so!). Thank you Heather for your clear communication and kindness!
