Hello All, Welcome to our Home-Away-From-Home! Our Van is an extension of your home... just has wheels! We personally enjoy adventures that she takes us on. Even if it is short weekenders! Gets us out of our busy routine where we can just focus on nature and us! That's how our business came about... when we aren't using her, we thought it would be great to share her with our friends we haven't met yet... You! She has everything you need to feel right at home. Just need to bring your food, bathroom essentials, personal items, and your favorite bed pillow; and off you go! Now she is your Home-Away-From-Home!

Owners cancelled on me due to Van not being functional.. I agreed to alter my trip to accommodate, but I didn't have any specific dates I needed to use the van moving forward. Last week I get a message that my "trip has started".. I never heard anything from the owners about arranging pick up of the vehicle, they were just going to let it lapse.
Also outdoorsy support is horrible, I'm not sure how many more people I need to confirm my identity with but it seems there's zero continuity in their customer service department at all.

Fabulous vehicle and experience with Gina and Michael. Communication was super responsive and accurate. Briefing was absolutely comprehensive. They were both more than happy to answer questions immediately whilst vehicle was on hire. The vehicle itself is a dream to drive and eats up the miles, it’s extremely well equipped and thought through - clearly the owners love of travelling shows in the high spec and range of practical equipment available. Also, I’m 6ft 5 and slept like a log - can’t say that for many hotel beds!

Gina and Michael's van was easy to drive and easy to park. Despite being a van, the kitchen, bathroom and bed areas were spacious, modern and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans utensils etc. We had a wonderful time. Gina was very responsive to any questions that we had along the way. Overall it was a great experience!

The Coachman Galleria 2018 was wonderful and immaculate. Gina was great during the rental process, then when we arrived to pick it up, explaining to us how everything worked. These folks keep their van in perfect condition and it allowed us to feel as if we were in a brand new camper. Drives as in a cloud. We were super happy to sleep in an A/C environment, with a working frig and microwave, all we needed. We had brought all our supplies, so did not have to use any of their well-stocked van. Never used the shower/toilet since the facilities at the campsite were superb and very close to our site. All our cooking was done outside with the rest of the friends-photographers, who were all envious of the two of us. So thank you Outdoorsy and especially Michael and Gina. We did enjoy this van a lot and made sure to return it as clean and immaculate as we received it. The pick up site was 34 miles to the campsite. Once we got there and parked at our site, the van never moved again until our return to their pickup home, 34 miles away. We barely used any fuel at all. For us, it was a fantastic experience.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. When we rented the Van, the owners told us a previous renter had damaged the screen door and the replacement was on backorder, but that if we were careful the screen worked. Well, we were careful but after 2 days it completely failed and we were without a screen door for the rest of our trip. The trip went reasonably well but upon returning it, the owners charged us $1060 to replace the already damaged door. We were shocked. We have complained several times through Outdoory's arcane service department, and have been told several times we would get an answer in 24 to 48 hours, but as it is now almost a month later with no communication from them, we are not too hopeful. Needless to say, this soured our experience.

As a first time RV driver, it was a smooth easy drive. Michael walked me through the use of the vehicle and made me feel comfortable driving the van. Loved all the extras, especially the Infusion stove top and the super comfortable king size bed. Thank you Gina and Michael.

It was my first experience renting and RV and Michael and Gina were very patient with me. I appreciate their efforts. I ended up hurting my back and they were able to pick the RV up from me.

We rented the vehicle to see about purchasing this model. Very Pleased with the vehicle and also how it performed. Plus, it was very clean. Gina and Michael communications with us was excellent!
