We had a great experience with this renter! communication was clear and timely, pickup and return were smooth, and the RV was treated with care and respect. Everything was returned clean and in great condition. We'd happily rent to him again and highly recommend him to other hosts.

this man destroyed our RV and told them it was from a tireblowout. there is VERY clear damage from impact with a yellow pole. paint goes along the entire back of the RV where our tires and axle were destroyed. front end all banged up. outsoorsy doesn't want to cover it. DO not rent to this guest. he will be hearing from our attorney.

Andrew was a great host. Communication with him was immediate. We had the RV delivered to the site, delivery was on-time and he set it up quick. The RV is in excellent condition, bedding was comfortable and everything worked properly. I would definately rent this RV again on our next trip to that area.
