Joanne was a pleasure to deal with. There was some minor damage incurred during the trip, however she was upfront about it and covered the cost of the repair promptly. I would rent to Joanne again without hesitation.

Our experience was excellent. We traveled with a family of 8. Slept 4 in the van and 4 in the tent. Devon’s van had everything we needed. We traveled up through Radium, Banff, Waterton and Glacier.
