Troy was a great person to rent to. He returned the trailer completely clean, beds stripped, and tanks emptied. You can tell he is experienced in owning an RV and will respect yours. He did not request anything nor did he have any complaints.

We had a great time using their camper! The owners are super nice and will go out of their way to make sure everything is working properly (including driving all the way out to our campsite in the mountains to replace a water heater fuse)! I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Voici les versions mises à jour, en français et en anglais, intégrant votre précision pour le réfrigérateur et la suggestion d'apporter une glacière.* **Service exceptionnel :** Mirza s'est montré très sympathique et est resté toujours disponible et réactif pour répondre à nos questions.
* **Confort thermique et énergie :** L'air climatisé, l'électricité et le système de propane fonctionnent parfaitement et sans tracas.
* **Rapport qualité-prix :** Le VR montre quelques signes normaux de vieillissement, ce qui est tout à fait acceptable et en adéquation avec le prix de location.* **Nivellement et stabilisation :** Les pattes d'ajustement de niveau n'étant pas fonctionnelles, le VR a tendance à bouger légèrement lorsque l'on marche à l'intérieur. Il est très important de réserver un terrain plat (ce que nous avions la chance d'avoir), sans quoi vous risquez de dormir en angle.
* **Matelas principal :** Le matelas d'origine est en fin de vie et on y sent les ressorts. De notre côté, nous avions heureusement apporté notre propre matelas en mousse de la maison, ce qui nous a permis de très bien dormir. L'ajout d'un bon surmatelas est fortement recommandé.
* **Auvent extérieur :** Celui-ci est actuellement brisé. En cas d'intempéries, il faut donc prévoir de s'abriter à l'intérieur.
* **Gestion du réfrigérateur :** Le réfrigérateur manque un peu de profondeur et a tendance à tout geler à l'intérieur, même les articles placés dans la porte. C'est parfait pour conserver la viande, mais nos légumes et notre lait ont gelé. Il serait donc prudent de prévoir une glacière séparée pour vos fruits, légumes et produits laitiers.* **Leveling and stabilization:** The leveling jacks are currently non-functional, meaning the RV tends to sway a bit when someone walks inside. It is highly recommended to book a very level campsite (which we fortunately had), otherwise, you may end up sleeping at an angle.
* **Main mattress:** The original mattress in the master bedroom is completely worn out, and the springs can be felt. Fortunately, we brought our own firm foam mattress from home, so we slept great. Bringing a thick mattress topper is strongly advised.
* **Exterior awning:** The awning is broken, so you will need to plan on staying inside if the weather turns bad.
* **Refrigerator management:** The fridge lacks depth and tends to freeze everything inside, even items stored in the door. It is perfect for storing meat, but our milk and vegetables froze. It would be highly advisable to bring a separate cooler for your fruits, vegetables, and dairy products.

Lee and her family were lovely to work with. They used the rv lightly and left it in good shape. Lee arrived and departed right on time. I'd highly recommend her family as renters.
