Stephanie made our first Outdoorsy experience absolutely fantastic. The trailer was spotless, beautifully maintained, and she gave us a thorough walkthrough that made everything feel easy and approachable. When our tow vehicle ended up having an electrical issue, Stephanie went above and beyond trying to help — even running to the store for a different adapter before we realized the issue was entirely on our end. She was incredibly communicative throughout the whole process and made pickup, setup, and return seamless. This was our son’s first camping trip, and there was just enough room for his pack-and-play crib, which made the weekend extra special for our family. We’ve been doing this same annual camping trip since I was a kid, and now I can’t imagine doing it any other way. You can tell Stephanie takes immense pride in her beautiful Airstream, and it truly felt like a privilege to call it home for the weekend.

The RV was fantastic and Elizabeth was an amazing host! Everything you could need was there, including a nice schematic of the location of all the kitchenware and other items. Elizabeth and Leif were very timely and organized. We had the RV dropped off and set up at VIR for a seamless and smooth transition from driving to camping. 10/10

This was our first time renting a trailer and the experience was phenomenal because of how clean the trailer we picked was, and how roomy it was for our family of 3 + dogs! We also loved the little details Justin and his wife did for us upon our arrival. They set everything out beautifully, had these adorable candle lights in the bedroom and living room all lit up, and set up a little table and chairs outside. Small but very impactful gestures for our family. The bed was super cozy and comfy and the linens, blankets, and pillows all smelled and looked super clean. They had everything you would need for a camping trip already in the trailer. We will 100% be using them/this trailer again in the future! Thank you both again tremendously!
