Leslie is a nice young lady but this was her first outdoorsy experience. she didn’t read policies
and guidelines and took our van to a festival, over 1200 miles away. she returned the van late and in mostly ok condition but had an accident she told us about after the fact. Clearly communication could be better.

Lisa and her daughter Leanne were amazing with communicating what they needed and getting back to me in a timely manner. They took amazing care of the trailer and when we went to pick it up it was very clean and smelled very good! I will absolutely be renting to them again if they need it!
