The host (Freddy & wife) were exceptional! He assisted in preparing our vehicle for the towing of the RV.
On the day of pick up, the host (Freddy) went through everything that needed to be known regarding driving the RV. It was prepared with linens, and supplies. Everything appeared new, the A/C ran cold air. Was very responsive with immediate reply to texts.
