DO NOT DO IT.I booked this for my boss's birthday. I sent multiple (4) messages stating where they were staying and that we needed the camper dropped off early before 10am, to accommodate this we booked the site the night before this was communicated over 2 weeks before the trip. The owner did not even acknowledge these messages until the day before the trip (outside the cancellation window). The camper was "nearly set up" at 11:38am in the Alabama heat, 2 hours after the requested time. Those staying arrived at 5:17pm to a camper that was 84 degrees with plans for something at 7. They were unable to stay in the camper and got a hotel to get ready and sleep after the owner offered to refund them. We never used the camper. The camper did in fact cool by the next morning at 8:30 when they owners arrived to take the camper. They offered a refund initially and then later refused it only offering to refund the "cleaning fee" for a camper never used. They contradicted themselves saying "had they known they would have set up the prior night for free" to "allow the camper time to cool". I referenced repeatedly the prior messages, that were not acknowledged, stating our time request for drop off. When I tried to get the refund it was repeatedly denied and they were unwilling to reach a compromise or even a partial refund.DO NOT DO IT. Had the owner communicated as much up front as they did after our trip much of this experience could have been prevented.
