My wife and I decided to spend our New Years in the desert and was able to reserve this RV with Jeff. Jeff was awesome. Communicated with us quickly and provided all of the details prior to meeting. When picking up the vehicle, he was thorough on operational instructions and was completely transparent with one minor issue regarding the slide out. He advised there have been issues in the past regarding the slide out malfunctioning, but provided instructions how to manually override. Fortunately we did not incur any malfunctions during our time with the RV.

We really enjoyed taking this RV on our 10 night trip through Utah's southern national parks for a total of over 1700 miles. Our favorite things about this RV were the auto leveling, the massive internal space with the big slide, the spacious shower, and the cleanliness. The miles went by very easily with the powerful engine, never having issues making it up the mountains as well as the navigation and entertainment provided by the large screen Android auto Apple CarPlay console. The overall cockpit layout was great for the driver and passenger with plenty of cup holders and cubbies. The seats were very comfortable even after our longest 8-hour day at the wheel. Both the cab and RV air conditioning and heater performed excellently. We kept us warm on 35° nights and cool on over 100° days. The first night we did have a mechanical issue with the slide. We were able to resolve with outdoorsy, the owner, and a mobile mechanic in under 12 hours and everything operated smoothly for the remaining 9 days. Overall, this is a five-star rental with a five star owner and would be great for any trip.

We had a wonderful experience with Jeff. He was friendly, thorough and easy to communicate with! His RV looks brand new and has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable trip. The main bed is super comfy, the full-size shower was perfect after a hot day, kitchen had everything you need (bowls, plates, utensils, Keurig machine, towels, pot holders, etc.), and there's lots of storage! The huge awning was great for shade during our camping trip. Highly recommend! Thank you, Jeff!!
