Scott was great with communication. He was very flexible when we had a hitch problem that required us to leave for a half hour at pickup to get fixed. The trailer was exactly what we needed for our trip - not too big and oversized but just big enough for sleeping and getting warm on those cold mornings and evenings. Everything was clean. We cooked almost every day on the stove. We boondocked for three nights. We did keep our power consumption low on purpose because of that, but even still we had plenty of battery and propane to last even longer if we needed. At pickup, Scott explained how to work everything well and responded to any questions we had during the trip. I would definitely rent this trailer if we are ever in ID again.
