We love adventures! We are always making memories with our kids and dogs. We like to find camping spots that we can explore old towns, history sites and national parks. We enjoy fishing, taking our side by side and exploring the mountain trails, taking the paddle board and kayak out on a lake or just playing cards by the camp fire. When we are not camping we love to travel and scuba dive. We are either exploring on land or under water.

We rent a 5th wheel every year. This year we chose to go through Outdoorsy and thought we found the perfect one. upon picking it up. the owner began letting us know all the things wrong with it. Katie failed to mention the motors for the beds in the rear didn't work. the brakes are bad and cause constan jolting. even when the brake controller is set at a 0.5 gain. When we finally got to our camp. we hooked the power up and opened up the trailer to then see they never emptied the black and gray tanks. the trailer stunk from this and ultimately ended up preventing us from being able to use the kitchen and water backing up in the sink. I would recommend taking your business and time somewhere else. We ended up stranded on the side of the road because of the lack of maintenance on the 5th wheel. it never should have been rented out the husband does the maintenance at home and seems like they just piece it together anytime it brakes instead of having an RV shop fix it the right way. We had to finally leave the 5th wheel on the side of the road and were left with no help to get anything resolved.

We strive to be transparent and thorough during every walk-through, and this rental was no exception. At pickup, the guest was informed of the bed situation. They chose to leave with the beds down to accommodate their group. The tanks were emptied before departure, as always. We leave a small amount of fresh water in the black tank to protect the plumbing—standard RV practice. When we recovered the trailer 238 miles from its reported location, the tanks were full. Before each rental, we do a test drive and ensure tanks are empty. propane and fuel are full. The trailer is maintained by a mechanic with 25 years of experience. The brakes were inspected by independent shop and found to be in excellent condition. The guest also abandoned a rental truck with a failed turbo and the abandoned trailer had dirty dishes left in the sink & a messy bathroom—signs it was not cared for properly. We know not every rental will go perfectly, but we stand by our high standards and honest communication.

This was our first RV experience, they delivered it to our camp ground and set it up, we had an amazing time!

This RV was very clean and in great working condition. The whole experience was very seamless and pleasant. The owners were very easy to deal with and we would definitely recommend this RV to others thinking about renting an RV for their family vacation.

The RV was perfect for our family of 5. It had plenty of room and I loved how it was stocked with all the essentials, made traveling so much easier. Communication with Katie was awesome. She was super easy to get a hold of and super helpful in times of need. I would definitely rent from them again.
