We had a virtual pick up and when opening up camper at campground we found the camper was not clean (open food & crumbs on shelves, spilled syrup and hardened sugar in cabinet, used pod still in coffee maker, sand all over the floor and urine/hair on the toilet). We cleaned the camper and then put our stuff inside. It was fully stocked with all kinds of items, which is nice for first time campers. We brought all of our own stuff & did not use what came with it. We cleaned camper from top to bottom and emptied water, black & gray tanks before returning. The jack had an issue at drop off & we felt rushed because camper was going right back out so did not share our disappointment of state of camper at pick up. We were contacted five days later, after it had already been sent back out, that we were going to be charged for not emptying the black tank. We replied that we had emptied all tanks. We told them we had & brought up camper cleanliness. We hoped we would come to a positive solution, but we have yet to hear from Alyssa. Since we had a great trip we didn't want to harp on that but feel things have not been resolved. The camper was a perfect fit for our family and our dog!

This is the second time I’ve rented the camper from Alyssa. I appreciate her responsiveness with any and all questions I had. Everything about the experience was perfect! Alyssa goes out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The camper is so comfortable. The Queen bed is new, cushiony, and guarantees a good nights sleep. The couch is cozy and the table has plenty of space. I love the U shape seating area. The shower is relatively large for a camp shower, clean, and plenty of hot water. There is quite a bit of space in this camper for storage too. I highly recommend :)

The host was accommodating and helpful, and setup was easy. The RV is clean and has everything we needed for a great trip.

We and our dogs had a blast! Alyssa set us up so perfectly for our first RV experience, and provided a ton of great amenities. We'll be renting from them again!

The communication with Alyssa was excellent! We arranged a drop off and pick up time and they were prompt. I never worried or stressed out that they might not come like I have with other rentals. The unit was very nice and they were very thorough in explaining everything.

Alyssa was an exceptional host. She was prompt with communication, detailed with information and check in logistics and made delivery/ set up an ease. The camper was clean and had everything we need plus some (snowcone machine.) i would def recommend.
