We had a great time. Victor was awesome to work with from beginning to end. Totally helpful in responsive. We could not be happier with the whole experience. Everything worked great and was well taken care of. We highly recommend.

Viktor and Outdoorsy ruined a trip of a lifetime to Alaska. Started rocky: camper batteries were not charged or turned on. Driver’s side headlight was out. Speakers and power locks in truck did not work. Mid-trip, the 15yr old, 160k miles truck had a mechanical failure (fuel pump) in the middle of Healy, AK. Neither Viktor, nor Outdoorsy found a quick solution to keep our trip going without dishing out hundreds of dollars more. (even with the best insurance and road-side assistance purchased) We were left stranded with no power, no water or sewage in a parking lot for 2 nights. Luckily my sister-in-law was able to drive 3.5hrs to pick us up, otherwise, we were left with no viable options. As of 9/4, no refund or credit has been issued.
