Outdoorsy was unable to verify my ID so I had to cancel my booking. Samantha told me she agreed to a refund and that I just had to call support to process it. When I spoke to support they said that Samantha told them she doesn’t agree to a refund, so she stole $1,200 from me. We never picked up the RV, and we canceled in less than 24 hours from the time of booking. I do not suggest renting from this host.

Samantha is a great host. She's thought of everything you'd need as far as amenities in her RV. The RV runs beautifully and is spacious!
