Our rental guy James Park was totally awesome, answered the entirety of our questions and had us set up in no time. The only bummer of this experience was our electric canopy was not useable.

James was great to rent off of! Camper is in great shape and very clean. He met with us beforehand and ran through everything with us for our trip. We had a little hiccup with the a/c but luckily James was on site and helped us get through the weekend with a/c! Will definitely rent again through James.

The AC unit failed on the day of drop off. James went above and beyond to accommodate for the inconveniences. That was only mechanical issue. AC fan blade randomly broke.
