Great host, quick to respond and knowledgeable about the caravan. Picked up in good condition, easy to drive and maintain, keep in good order.

Trailer was dirty when we received it. Floors were dirty and had spills still on it. Sink and countertops had crumbed and things all over. Bathroom was messy with poop streaks in the toilet. The bathroom had a bad odor coming from it the whole time. Beds were very uncomfortable and had what look like food and mess still on them. We had to spend time cleaning up the trailer to be able to use it.

Taian is awesome - He's super responsive and so nice! Was always there to answer any questions and provided us with all the needed items for the trailer. The trailer was perfect - easy to work with and made our trip so fun!
