due to the weather and storms it was not possible to make the trip but she was on point to communicate every detail , I appreciate all her efforts to genuinely help, even if she didn’t collect any payment she even communicated with outdoorsy to check the refund … a very sweet person. I know if the trip was not cancelled because of the storm I am pretty sure her service will be also awesome. I recommend this service 100%
