The vehicles RV build was broken down from the moment we picked up the vehicle but we were unaware of just how wide spread the issues extended until after we had arrived in Southern Colorado . We did not have working water, the water tanks sensors were broken and showing that the fresh water tank was empty when it was suppossed to be full, there was no DC alternator charging for the auxillary battery which powers everything in the RTV portion, the AC was broken and showed a fault on the main system screen and many more system issues along the way. We did a 11 day trip and most days were spent troubleshooting and stressed over the system failures. We had to end our trip early and make many changes to accommodate the system failures along the way.

We enjoyed our trip in the van. She did great and we took her all over Utah with 4 women for 6 nights.

Van was overall really good for a week-long trip through the heart of Utah. Marcus was very responsive from the start. We had a few issues after-pick up (inverter not working, cigarette lighters not working) that were annoying but we found a mutual solution right away. Marcus was very flexible in finding a solve for the 110v challenges.

What a fantastic 2 week trip! Marcus and Kelly were exceptionally helpful during all phases of it (answering questions while selecting a van, planning the trip, suggestions and tips while on it). They thought of and provided nearly all the gear we needed other than clothing and groceries. It was our first trip with a camper van, so it took a couple days to learn Maisey Van Haven's character and find a groove, but we loved the versatility and freedom with her once we did. We considered a shorter 4x4 van option, but found Maisey's 2WD capability more than enough to experience the many stunning views and hikes we completed in Southern Utah. Planning on a return trip to spend more time in some of our favorite spots! We highly recommend Maisey and her hosts!

This was our first time ever doing this. Once we got a few days in we got the hang of everything. The response whenever we had questions or problems were so fast, efficient and helpful. Made it very stress free for us. We got to travel following our friends in their camper and drove around all of Utah for a week. It was amazing. I would highly recommend and definitely travel again.

We had a wonderful time. Accommodations were comfortable and it included ever we needed for our family if 4. Communication was excellent before our trip and we liked having the flexibility of the drop off location.

Amazing rig! Rex had everything we needed - super kitted out. Marcus was wonderful at commutations and pickup and drop off were easy. Highly recommend this rental!

Could not have asked for a better vehicle or owner. Salt Lake to the Canadian border and all stops in between. Great trip through the Rockies.
