About Richard Bay

After my accident I spent 3 years in mexico enjoying the finer things in life - like walking! I woke up early, hit the waves, sung my mantras and lived a healthy natural life. My friend said that I should never stop and started me an Instagram account I began teaching and touring. Helping anyone that asked and doing my best work ever! Now I split my time between Mexico and Canada with a few larger trips planned. If you need any travel advice I would be happy to help!
