Basecamp came as advertised. John graciously loaned us with a few things we failed to bring. Trailer pulled perfectly, and came in great shape. Location was easy and convenient for pickup and return. John is friendly, accommodating, and helpful.

John was a great host. His is very (but not overly) communicative. His Basecamp 20x trailer was clean, included kitchen hardware (pots, pans, cups, bowls, silverware etc.) and was a very comfortable dwelling for our long weekend camping trip. Overall a great experience that I will definitely do again next summer.
