I grew up in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, where a lifelong love for the outdoors first took root. Many of my favorite memories are from camping with my family in an old pull-behind pop-up camper. Those trips meant stepping away from screens and into a world of creativity—making up games, building forts, and truly connecting with nature. It’s that same experience I hope to pass on to everyone who comes to explore Montana.

Our experience renting Maleo was one for the books. My husband and our two pups took a van vacation along the Cascade Loop in WA, traveling from our home in Bozeman, and we couldn't have been happier with the amenities, convenience, and comfort this van offered.
We loved the clean lines and how thoughtfully optimized the layout was — whether you're settled in for a stay or moving from place to place, everything just works. And the storage? More than you could ever need. The garage was open and spacious, perfect for hauling camping gear, paddleboards, and anything else you can dream up.

Really well done van with comfortable bed and kitchen set up ideal for visiting Yellowstone or Glacier. Kris offered easy pick up and drop off. Great sound system electrical capacity for off grid life.

We had an amazing experience renting Meadowlark from Kris for our week-long trip through Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks. The van was incredibly comfortable, especially the bed, and it was stocked with everything we needed for a successful adventure.

I rented the van for the 2nd time in as many weeks and absolutely love having the room while riding around in Yellowstone. It was perfect for my dad and myself. Kris is super responsive and I look forward to renting it again soon!

We had the most amazing time renting Kris’s van! It was stocked with everything from spices, to chairs, bottle openers, silverware, plates, etc. The electrical system was amazing and we never had any problems with battery power or any issues with any of the appliances. The van drove smoother than the rental car we got prior to renting the van. Kris was very responsive and we can’t thank him enough. 10/10 recommend renting. Side note- I’m 6’4 and sleeping/standing completely up was not a challenge. However if you’re that tall your head will rub the roof and you will need to sleep sideways if you want to stretch out on the bed.

We loved the van! It has perfectly curated amenities for cooking, traveling and sleeping. Easy to drive, quiet on the road and in the campground.

Our experience with this Van has been perfect in every way, highly recommend! We went from Bozeman to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, to Jackson Hole and back to Bozeman with no issues. Also had a 1 year old as well with a car seat for any parents out there. Would definitely use again! 😁

We had an amazing experience with Kris's van driving from Bozeman to Red Lodge, then along Beartooth highway through Yellowstone and Grand Tetons and back to Bozeman. We camped in dispersed campsites throughout our 4 night trip and Kris's van was absolutely perfect. We had everything we needed on the van for our trip and Kris was incredibly helpful and communicative during our trip. We had no issues with the van, but I'm sure if we did Kris would have helped us work it out seamlessly. Bed was comfortable, kitchen appliances worked perfectly, and the van was easy enough to drive. Perfect trip, would definitely recommend.
