our host was wonderful, attentive and was available if we needed him but honestly everything worked as it was supposed to. the unit was perfect. we rented this unit for my 86 yr old mother and it wasn't a problem at all for her to maneuver in .
I am beyond pleased with all aspects of this rental!
I, 100% recommend renting this from Donald!
