Worst experience, not what we expected for a rental and the costs . A 1993 safari that at the end of the day costing me 700.00 a day is absolutely ridiculous no value in that price point . Then received extra charges on top when returned a day early as we were not comfortable being in someone else’s unit that’s falling apart . Complete scam as far as I’m concerned. It was an older unit not very well taken care of , unit was filthy only to be covered by sheets and carpets everwhere to hide all the filth, torn carpets , nails sticking out etc. . The unit was falling apart every corner we turned from drawers falling out while driving , upper cabinet swinging open as the latch are broken , the bathroom stall fell apart when the shower door got pulled on had to fix it and refasten , the fridge wasn’t functioning had a broken lead to the sensor . The generator tripped out enormous times , had to refasten the posts , the unit stalled out while driving 4 times , then to add to the whole scenario as it was returned the toilet seat may have let go as the floor was soaking wet on return . I’m surprised that this unit is being rented out through your company in the manor that it is .

This was my second time renting the RV from Shannon and Dena. Once again it was the best decision I could have ever made. In my last review I mentioned that this was a unique solution to be able to work on site for the commissioning of a new manufacturing plant that put me 200 feet away from site rather than a 2 hr daily commute to the nearest hotel in Spruce Grove. Dena and Shannon are just super kind people, down to earth and have set the RV up with everything you could ever want for your camping adventure or like me for a unique option to make work travel feel like a vacation. Highly recommend them for your next planned vacation.

Shannon and his wife were wonderful. Great experience. They have thought about everything you could possibly need and it’s on board. Would rent from them again without hesitation. I used this for business as the project site was far from hotel options. Best decision ever.
