A Nightmare! this RV owner should not have rented out his RV, knowing that the awning was broke. While I was driving down the road, the flimsy zip ties he had connecting the awning broke, and it popped out. He admitted that it was broken and gave me a discount for it, and then tried to claim that I broke it, there was no way for me to continue driving the RV so I contacted him and let him know where it was parked so we can get it and now he’s saying that it’s stolen even though it’s still sitting there because his transmission is out in his truck and he’s unable to go pick it u. I asked him to contact the mobile mechanic to get the situation fixed since it was broken already and not my fault and he told me to call them and wanted me to pay for it. This makes zero sense because this is something that was broken when I picked it up, I will never use the service again nor do I recommend this guy is clearly unhinged just like his RV.

The rv unit was a 2024 camper with one slide. Had the rv for almost 3 days, it was brand new, used the AC and The furnace. Dezi explained the pick up and drop off arrangements. There was 3 minor items thy needed repaired and Dezi explained them to us. Dezi was a pleasure to work with.

Dezi was an excellent host. Would definitely rent from him again. Great camper. Great service and communication.
