Amazing host Josie!
I had some doubts because of one negative review, but I decided to try it myself. I rented this motorhome for a whole week, and it was absolutely the right decision. It’s very important to do a proper driving test beforehand — I passed it successfully and was able to safely drive throughout the entire trip.

Our experience was amazing! Josie is a wonderful and friendly hostess. She was thorough while walking us through the setup process. She was communicative and responsive as well. We really enjoyed using the RV and were very comfortable. The amenities were great. I highly recommend the RV and would book it again.

WARNING: Scammy Host & Unsafe Pickup – Avoid This RV at All Costs
Josie’s answer
I value your feedback & also would like to clarify things here so the public can hear our side of the story. Due to brevity of space to write, will keep it concise. Per Outdoorsy's policies that driver does a drive test before handing the RV to the renter and that's what we did. The RV pick-up is where we live & where we do the walkthrough safely. This is an RV town, 4-5 axle vehicles pass through our street & previous renters drove by our street with no issues. A driver will experience various driving conditions in & out of our area so it's a good practice before a roadtrip. The tree branch that you collided did scratch the front right-side panel all the way through the 16 ft awning. The road sign that you hit caused a one long scratched on the bottom right panel from under the window to the door. All RV rattles, it's a house on wheels. This RV is beautiful inside & out, we maintain it well and uses professionals to keep it in good shape so that future renters can also enjoy it.
