Was so excited for this trip, but it ended up turning into a nightmare. Was rented the RV with known issues with the fuel pump & it was never checked up or repaired before my solo trip for over 1000 miles. Ended up having to get it towed after being stuck without a safe, driveable vehicle for a few days. Vaca ruined :(

We apologized you had issues. Your main issue was your lack of knowledge and failure to communicate. You thought you were having fuel pump issues due to the large rv slowing down while going uphill on cruise control. We would have told you this was normal if you would have called. You both phone numbers but chose to use neither!
