Shay provided good instructions. We wanted a tent camping experience but to be up off the ground in case of rainy weather. This trailer met our needs perfectly. Set-uo & take-down were so easy, my granddaughter did most of the work. Even the 10 & 7 year olds helped. We did not use the stove, sink, and fridge (which are actually located inside the trailer not outside as indicated in the picture) so I cannot review those features of the trailer.

As first-time renters, we enjoyed working with Shay. He was quick to respond to our questions, very flexible on unit pickup and drop off, and helped us understand how the camper worked before we took off on our journey.The RV itself was nice, and the only real issue was the screen door which had a sliding panel to become a full door (slid up into place to add privacy). The locking mechanisms weren’t working very well at all and we had to spend a lot of time every day converting the door to our desired position. Also one of the curtain panels was unable to be secured at the top but a clothes pin would have done the trick if we’d had one. All in all these were minor inconveniences and nothing too worrisome for us.

Great experience with Shay. He took the time to show up how it is set up and broken down. He was great with communication and this was a great pop-up. I would rent from him again for sure!
