Unfortunately it wasn’t what the picture showed, but I would say he responded everytime I reached out which was appreciated. Nonetheless for what I paid for it was highly disappointing.

A few positives and issues. Communication was good. The trailer was clean inside however, the exterior not clean and poorly maintained. The major issue was the toilet was completely clogged. So it is important to ask the owner to check that all plumbing is working properly. That means asking the owner to run a test, because I don’t think it was checked. Perhaps the owner didn’t realize this because the tank was drained, so it might have appeared it was fine, but the toilet was clogged. I spent a day unclogging it while camping. The exterior fridge and grill did not work. The exterior grill had a layer of dust and slight rust, and missing the knob. The interior was decent though there are a few issues like normal wear. The booking/cancellation setting is strict (you have about 1 hour) so keep that in mind. When you rent there is a certain expectation, this did not meet it. Also, a tip, I recommend this trailer should be pulled with a full ton truck not a quarter ton, it is heavy. The owner is pleasant. So if these issues are addressed, then it will be fine. Let’s call this a learning experience for all involved.

This is a great trailer and great for large families but I wouldn't rent from here again. If you do rent from here expect more of a motel 6 experience then any other nicer hotel. It was a great trailer but; had broken freezer handle, dirty toilet that smelt like sewer, broken bathroom vent cover, left over food in the fridge and clothes behind the couch. The worst was lack of safety, we pulled the trailer with our car and the tires on the trailer were bald with steal belts showing (Didn't notice till we got to the campsite) let him know and he said it would be taken care of after we got back with any thing other then a oh well. We took side streets all the way back. We also rented the hitch with stabilizers but only got the hitch. But overall not bad a bad trailer but that trailer is well used and loved pretty hard.
