Outside stove and grill the refrigerator wasn’t clean meat went bad we didn’t want to use all the water cleaning thanks to my daughter and son-n law we had some where to grill coffee pots not clean

Hi Maggie, we’re very sorry to hear about the concerns you experienced during your stay. We take the cleanliness and condition of our RVs very seriously. Every guest is provided with contact information and encouraged to reach out 24 hours a day, 7 days a week during their stay if anything is not working properly or needs attention. Unfortunately, we did not receive any communication during your stay regarding the outdoor refrigerator, stove/grill, coffee pots, or any water-related concern. The RV was connected to the campsite’s water hookup for your stay. Had we known about any of these issues, we absolutely would have responded and done everything we could to correct them right away. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will make sure these items are inspected closely going forward.

Let me tell you how Stephanie & Mike saved the day!!!!! They went above and beyond to make sure my mom's 82nd Birthday was absolutely perfect. I called Mike at least 12 times for questions to be answered and he was Johnny on the Spot. Words can't express how appreciative i was for him and Stephanie.

The RV was very spacious and comfortable. Stephanie and Mike were fantastic and communicated very well. We traveled from Australia to the NBHA world finals in Perry Georgia and to have a RV set up and ready at the venue was such a relief. Thanks again

This was my family's second trip in one of Mike and Stephanie's RVs and it was another great time! They were very responsive and available for any questions. The homey touches made us feel very comfortable. The camper layout was a good fit for us and the bathroom was HUGE which is rare in a camper. I definitely will rent from them again!
