Jacob was a excellent host, good communication and information about the van prior to our trip. Flexible with meetup times, and accommodating to our flights in and out of the Airport, and a through walk thru upon arrival. The van was GREAT!, everything we needed it to be and more. Plenty of off grid power, large comfortable bed, provided all the basics for cooking/traveling/camping etc. Van itself ran great with no issues or worries, plenty of power/smooth ride. Really could not have asked for anything more. Would easily request to rent again when back in the area.

Our host Jake exceeded our expectations in so many great ways. He was very flexible in helping us adjust our schedule when he had every right to not do so.
He is a clear communicator who always responded to my queries promptly. His van is exactly as advertised.....cozy but super comfortable (great bed). It has all the cooking and cleaning supplies required and it drove and runs perfectly.
I cannot recommend Jake and Jen enough as hosts for your next NM adventure.

Perfect in every way! The van is lovely, comfy, driver-friendly. I had everything i needed to be relaxed and enjoy every minute of the beautiful open space that i longed for.
The host, Jacob was also perfect in every way. A gentleman, he answered the phone on a holiday, and he solved a hiccup or two that i had. It was my first solo van excursion in unknown lands.....I recommend the ENCHANTMENT on every level - it was enchanting....
I don't know how to download photos - old-school gal - but you should get out there and take your own pics if you are interested! THANK YOU JACOB!!!!

Enchanted was the perfect Van for my 10 day, 3000 mile National and State Park road trip through the southwest! It drove well, sleeping was great for one person, and I loved that I could cook outside OR inside if I wanted to. The fridge/freezer (customizable) was amazing as well. One trip to the grocery store and I was set! Jacob was very helpful and great to deal with, and answered many questions before I left. I would love to rent this van again!

Such a lovely grouping of amenities. The efficiency was amazing. Perfect for our old dog to enjoy with us. Super comfortable to sleep and drive in (especially considering I am 6’3”)! Highly recommend!

Overall a good experience with this van rental. The van was smooth and easy to drive, with helpful safety features. It’s also very comfortable for two people - has all the camp gear you need plus comfy pillows. Making it perfect for a road trip. The owners were very responsive, which made everything go more smoothly. A good value and a memorable experience.

The Cozy Cruiser was perfect for our NM roadtrip! It included all of the essentials, had adequate storage for our belongings, drove well, and was easy to maneuver through all of our adventures.

This adorable van met all my needs for my quick trip. Jake & Jen have done a fabulous job making their van a cozy little home on wheels. This is definitely my style over getting a hotel room that I'd have had to make my way back to every night. I hope to be back to the area & rent this van another time to get to see more sites I didn't get to this time.

Jacob was especially good in service and pre-trip communication. I felt very comfortable with planning and preparation (he even offers a planning video of the van’s features.). He went out of his way to make the pickup and return most convenient for our flights. The van was everything we needed for a trout fishing/camping 5 day trip through northern New Mexico. It’s very comfortable for two people. I will definitely look up Jacob’s RV for our next trip to NM.
