The trip in the van was amazing!! I cant say enough about how comfortable this van was. It drives like a dream.
We went South to Anchor Point, and Homer.
We camped on the beach in Homer, the view was amazing- looked like a post card, better than we could have ever imagined. The van is loaded with everything we needed and more! It had dishes, camp chairs, a convection burner, extra blankets, a heater for the nights, electronic plug ins, outlets. The van charged while driving, but also had a solar charging while camping. It was loaded with great drinking water even!
The van was incredibly clean, and very well taken care of.
Th van is really easy to drive and super comfortable
Our hosts, Julie and Zachery were very easy to work with! From the booking, to the checkin and pick up. Zach did an extensive instructional on the van, and how to use the heater, lights, awning, power unit. He took his time explaining and answering all our questions. Gave us great directions and places to stop for pictures, where to eat and camp! During the trip Julie was very responsive to our questions.
Both Zach and Julie have extensive knowledge of the State and we could tell they love Alaska and want to share it with all who visit.
This was our first time using Outdoorsy and loved the whole process!
We will definitely be booking with Zach and Julie again! We are already looking for dates.
Were lucky enough to see Moose, Eagles, Swans, and the Mountains- just spectacular!!

We recently took a family trip in the Van Gogh van, and it was an incredible experience! This van had everything we needed for the perfect adventure. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The modern interior design not only added to our comfort but also made for some fantastic photos. Julie and Zach were very friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely rent from them again. 10/10!
