We were excited to use this van for a family camping trip, but unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet expectations. We encountered multiple issues with the van’s functionality and setup that affected our comfort and sense of safety. Communication was average, but key details—especially around electrical power—were not clearly disclosed. I recommend that future renters ask very specific questions about seating (e.g., the third seatbelt position has no backrest) and electrical systems (e.g., how long can the battery support the induction stove or A/C) to ensure the vehicle meets your needs. Additionally, part of our deposit was withheld unexpectedly due to a last-minute booking the host accepted on our return day—something we were never informed would affect us.

Altug posted this RETALIATORY REVIEW after HE VIOLATED MULTIPLE OUTDOORSY POLICIES. He demanded EARLY PICKUP at the very last moment but was 5 HOURS LATE FOR DROP-OFF, disrupting our next rental — which is against Outdoorsy policy. All of our van’s features are clearly described both in the listing and also in the walkaround video we sent in advance. However, in blatant disregard for the instructions provided, he DRAINED the battery bank by running MULTIPLE power-hog devices (including AC, stove, coffee machine, etc) from the solar setup for DAYS NON-STOP, and he acknowledged damaging the battery bank when he returned the van after using and abusing it for the full duration of his trip. After all of the troubles he caused us, he had the audacity to post this retaliatory review. We are Outdoorsy SuperHost who's proud to provide 5-star experience to all our guests, and our 5-star reviews clearly show it. Altug does not deserve to be a part of the RV-sharing platform like Outdoorsy.

The van was comfortable, stylish and drove much better than expected. The love that Liudmilla, Dennis and Vera put into the van was abundantly clear from the moment I watched their YouTube video tour and was only affirmed against and again throughout the trip.

We absolutely LOVED our experience with this custom camper! The details and thoughtfulness throughout the vehicle made the experience 10/10! The stove, refrigerator, AC and shower in addition to ALL the storage was incredible!

Our original host had to cancel due to mechanical issues a week before our trip. Outdoorsy helped me find this RV quickly and the renter went all out to make our trip happen. The Sprinter ran like a watch in our climb to South Lake Tahoe. Dennis custom build the interior of the van and did a great job.

We had a great trip in this RV! Communication was thorough and any questions we had were addressed up front. The shower and kitchen area were great, as well as the impressively handmade Murphy bed!

We had the van for 4 days and 3 nights and it was such an amazing experience! It came exactly as described on the listing and was very clean/sanitized. At pick up, Dennis was so thorough on the walkthrough of the van, but simple enough for us to remember all the important settings / amenities. He was so great and made himself available whenever we had any questions! It was very nice and easy to communicate with Dennis and Liudmila as well. :)
