Joanne is a gem of a host who was ever ready to help us whenever we had questions about the RV and its controls, even at odd hours - she was just a text away. Joanne and her husband gave us a thorough and unhurried walkthrough of the RV controls at time of pickup. They set us up for success by giving us a power bank and a checklist of things to do. Dropoff was also seamless and to her credit, Joanne even handled an accidental small side scratch we had caused on her own. I highly recommend the Silver Rhino for a single couple, or up to 4 friends. Definitely recommend getting the Starlink Wifi option too as we used it a couple of times on the trip to talk to friends and family to show off #vanlife! You won't get a better deal in the Bay Area, period.

We had a blast traveling the coast in this van. Joanna was wonderful about explaining everything to us. The van was super clean and ready to go. I had to msg her a few times about questions and she was very helpful. Plenty of room for three, smaller people. Van was well equipped with everything we needed. Will definitely rent from outdoorsy again. My new favorite way to travel.

Joanne is a fabulous host. I love that I was able to park this rig in most parking lots. The pop-up camper bed was so much fun. The tires were in great shape (always important to check), and the mechanics of the vehicle worked without a flaw.

Thanks for the exceptional service from you and your husband.
They gave thorough explanation of all the RV's features. They went the extra mile in referring different camp sites and websites. The Rv is maintained clean and space was incredible. It was a travel experience.

We had a great experience renting Joanne’s RV van for the weekend. It was perfect for our family of 4—clean, reliable, and super easy to use. Joanne was kind, helpful, and always available if we had any questions. We’ll definitely be renting from them again!
