Chase was very easy to communicate with, quick to respond and answer all question. The RV was as described, it was clean, had cooking utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and beach towels, this was adequate supplies for our weekend trip. Chase & Charlotte were gracious enough to fill the fresh water tank for us, and had a fresh water fill hose if we had a water supply to hook up to (we camped off grid though). They also provided a tow hitch. We did bring our own generator which worked all the systems well, all plugin cordage was provided,(even a string of lights to wrap around the awning!). The electric fire place was a nice touch and heated the camper up quickly, we didn't have an opportunity to use the air conditioner. You'll have no trouble plugging in at a campground. Chase gave detailed instructions on how to operate all of the systems, and also provided detailed written instructions on how to run everything, with his phone number if we had questions. We towed it with a 3/4 ton truck and didn't even feel it. Book this quick, your next adventure begins in Jefferson, ME!!
